A Note from Mary

Now that September has come to a close, I have now officially been a part of the MMM family for a year! I could not be more grateful to be a part of such an amazing team. One of the things I love about my job is that I'm often handed tasks that allow me to have some creative freedom.

Every September, Music at the Intersection fills the streets around our office with vibrant live performances, food trucks, and vendors. It's one of our favorite annual events to capture content for. This year, I was tasked with painting a big, flashy sign for visitors to see from our window—and flashy it was!

Mike and I put our creative brains together and decided on using glow-in-the-dark paint, so it would beam brightly out our window. I had so much fun taking the sign home and splattering a rainbow of colors on it. I can't really think of any other job that would allow me to do such a fun project!

I can't emphasize enough how much I love working with a team of so many creative individuals. I learn so much from each person as I work with them on different shoots. I think it's important to surround yourself with people who inspire you and support your strengths, and I truly feel that energy every day at MMM.
